We're just off King’s Road, Chelsea in the delightful Lightfoot Hall with great views across London.
If you decide to board with us, the hall is protected with an on-site 24 hour security team, in addition to our own residential staff, and is a friendly, relaxed environment with two large common rooms - so you’ll always be able to find somewhere for a chat or a quiet area to research and develop your designs.

Safety & Security
You will be staying in either a twin or single** room. As you can see from the photos the rooms are amazing and the perfect environment for someone whose future lies in design!
The single student studios** at Lightfoot Hall feature your own en-suite bathroom facilities, a TV and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you might need to prepare an individual light snack. If you would prefer to share a room, the Twin en-suite rooms have a TV, fridge/freezer and a microwave too. The large communal kitchens are well equipped and will be a great place to eat our freshly cooked evening meals. It’s a friendly and relaxed environment as we discuss projects, watch films and bond as a group. The two large common rooms mean you’ll always be able to find somewhere for a chat or a quiet area in which to research and develop your designs.
You will be required to bring your own towels and toiletries.
**Single rooms are charged at an additional rate
The Hall is completely protected with an on-site 24 hour security team who monitor the building to ensure you feel safe and secure at all times. There will also be 24 hour dependable pastoral care provided by our residential staff to ensure you feel welcome, inspired, supported and included.
If you have a problem, feel unsure or a little lonely, we are here for you at all times. Additionally, there is Lightfoot Hall’s Roxana Crainic running the dedicated on-site hospitality and maintenance team should you ever need help.

The Hall is within walking distance of some of London’s most iconic fashion landmarks: close to Harrods, Sloane Street (Gucci, Chanel, Prada, Valentino) – perfect for our fashion research, garment factory visits and industry talks. If you want to get a delicious lunch, there are a selection of top notch bakeries on King’s Road such as GAIL’s Bakery and Bluebird, and the modern college refectory.
